By requesting service from Stress Free Locksmith you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Prices given before work begins are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed with you on-site before any work starts. Additional issues discovered during the job are quoted separately and require your approval.
For lockouts and key services we may ask for identification and proof that you are authorised to access the property or vehicle. We may decline service if this cannot be provided.
We carry out work to a professional standard using non-destructive methods where practical. Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty; our labour is warranted against defects for a reasonable period from the date of service.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults in locks, doors, vehicles or hardware not supplied by us, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
