No. For any quoted job the flat price you approve is the price you pay — no call-out fee and no distance surcharge inside our service area.
You approve the price before we start, so no. If we open the job and it turns out to be different from what was described (a lock that’s already broken, for example), we stop and re-quote before continuing.
For quoted work there’s no after-hours surcharge. Some emergency jobs are simply more involved, and that’s reflected in the quote you approve up front.
No. We use pick and bypass tools for non-destructive entry on the large majority of lockouts. If a lock is already broken we’ll show you and quote the replacement before any drilling.
Rekeying is almost always the better value. We change the pins in your existing locks so every old key stops working, for a fraction of the cost of new hardware.
Yes. We map out who needs access to what, then pin and stamp the cylinders so keys can’t be copied at a hardware store, and keep the bitting on file for future changes.
Most domestic and Asian makes on-site, plus a large share of European vehicles. Give us the year, make and model when you call and we’ll confirm before dispatch.
No. We come to the vehicle with the equipment to cut and program a key where it sits.
In most cases yes. All-keys-lost replacement is a standard job — we read the lock or key code, cut a key and program it to the car’s immobiliser.
