No. Our technicians use pick and bypass tools for non-destructive entry on the large majority of residential lockouts. If a lock is already broken we’ll tell you before any drilling and quote the replacement first.
Rekeying is almost always the better value. We change the pins inside your existing locks so every old key stops working, usually for a fraction of the cost of new hardware.
Both work. We stock popular Yale, Schlage and August models on the van, or we’ll install a unit you’ve already bought.
